How to order
Use any of our plant finding options searching for a plant you want to order. When a complete plant card is opened prices and sizes are given at the bottom of the page. Enter the quantity required and ADD TO BASKET. Then a complete form will display asking you to fill in. If a plant is not available, the system will not allow you to order it. But you can always e-mail us with an enquiry and we will look elsewhere for it for you. In case of common plants it can be a question of a couple of weeks to get them, for rare and special plants we accept long term reservations.
Plants can be ordered at any time of year. In off-season (December-February) we suggest you let us know if you want us to send the plant anyway of wait until spring. Unless such information is given we despatch your order at our earliest possible date of which you receive an advice.
Reservations
If you do not feel like making an on-line order and just want to reserve a plant or two for near collection just give us a call. Our shops communicate only in Czech language unless one of our English or German speaking salesmen is available. Your telephone reservation is valid for maximum of 24 hours.
Transportation
Plants can be sent BY POST or delivered BY CAR or collected by yourself. For more on transportation options please see our LOGISTICS page.
