DESERT EVE™ is a new series of yarrow with shorter stems, compact habit, and long-lasting flowers. DESERT EVE™ Deep Rose is variety with quite large, flat corymbs of rich pink flowers that fade to very pale pink while the clump keeps pushing in new stems with fresh, deep rose flowers. This contrast of colours is typical for DESERT EVE™ series.

Fern-like leaves are finely cut and rich grass green, basal leaves are larger than stem leaves. Once the main flowering has finished you can cut off the stems to encourage new growths but it is not necessary.

Yarrow is a maintenance-free perennial suitable for standard flower beds as well as dry locations and rockeries. It tolerates wide range of soils except for boggy and wet. Full sun is best. Fully hardy to -40°C (USDA zone 3).
