Copper Beauty is a new variety of Henry’s honeysuckle is an evergreen climber with golden yellow flowers. They come out in early summer and are followed by black berries. Leaves are lance-shaped, mid green and copper-red as they emerge.
It needs humus-rich, moist but well-drained soil in full sun or part shade. This honeysuckle will vine around provided support and if it fails to find some its branches will grow one on top of another forming an irregular shrub. Hardy to about -27°C (USDA zone 5).
